Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary injury inquiry (PI-2026-001), the Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of decorative and other non-structural plywood from China have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
