The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated expiry reviews (RR-2026-002 and RR-2026-003) of its findings made on June 4, 2021, in inquiry NQ-2020-004, and July 2, 2021 in inquiry NQ-2020-005, to determine if the expiry of the findings is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping of concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam (RR-2026-002), Oman and Russia (RR-2026-003) and is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
