The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated an expiry review (RR-2026-004) of its orders made on August 6, 2021, in expiry review RR-2020-003, to determine if the expiry of the orders is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping of refined sugar originating in or exported from the United States, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom or subsidizing of the aforementioned goods originating in or exported from the European Union and is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
