Today, the Honourable Rebecca Chartrand, Minister of Northern and Arctic Affairs and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor) met with students in Piping Industry Technical College to highlight key investments from the Spring Economic Update to build trades and support Canada’s young people.
