Today, the Minister of National Defence, the Honourable David J. McGuinty, met with General Phan Văn Giang, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Vietnam, for a bilateral discussion focused on strengthening defence cooperation between Canada and Vietnam.
