Today, Tribal Chief Mark Arcand of the Saskatoon Tribal Council and the Honourable Mandy Gull-Masty, Minister of Indigenous Services Canada, came together to sign a historic regional agreement on the long-term reform of the First Nations Child and Family Services Program.
