Ottawa, Ontario, May 19, 2026 – Notice is hereby given that on May 4, 2026, an application pursuant to section 92 of the Competition Act, RSC 1985, c C-34, was filed with the undersigned at the Competition Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) by the Commissioner of Competition (the “Commissioner”), regarding the proposed acquisition of Plains Midstream Canada ULC from Plains Midstream Luxembourg S.A.R.L. by Keyera Corp. (the “Proposed Merger”).
