Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Threat of Injury—Certain Oil and Gas Well Casing from Austria

Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary injury inquiry (PI-2025-009), the Tribunal today determined that the evidence does not disclose a reasonable indication that the dumping of certain oil and gas well casing from Austria (the subject goods) has caused injury to the domestic industry, but that there is evidence that discloses a reasonable indication that the dumping of the subject goods is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
