The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated an expiry review of its order made on October 16, 2019, in expiry review RR-2018-006, to determine if the expiry of the order is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping of structural tubing from the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Türkiye and is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
