Tallinn Mechanism Members Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States together with observers Czechia, the European Union, NATO and the World Bank, gathered in Paris on October 30-31st.
