Secretary of State Fuhr and Minister McGuinty to announce new investment to deliver modernized capabilities to the Canadian Armed Forces

The Honourable Stephen Fuhr, Secretary of State (Defence Procurement), and the Honourable David McGuinty, Minister of National Defence, will announce a new contract that will deliver new capabilities to members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
