Deputy Prime Minister announces nearly $2.4 million to improve Toronto’s Evergreen Brick Works

Today in Toronto, the Honourable Chrystia Freeland, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, announced an investment of nearly $2.4 million to retrofit Evergreen Brick Works—a national non-profit incorporated in 1991 dedicated to creating healthy environments. In addition, Evergreen Brick Works is providing just over $900,000 through corporate donors, fundraising and its own funds.
