A creative team comprising Quebec City–based filmmakers François Dubé and Guillaume Fournier and content producer Allison Van Rassel is currently shooting the feature-length documentary Après les étoiles. Filmed before, during and after the history-making arrival of the celebrated Michelin Guide in Quebec, the documentary chronicles the journey of three iconic restaurants in the provincial capital and their chefs.
