Members of the media are invited to join the Honourable David J. McGuinty, Minister of Public Safety, along with Yasir Naqvi, Member of Parliament for Ottawa Centre, Marie-France Lalonde, Member of Parliament for Orléans, and Anita Vandenbeld, Member of Parliament for Ottawa West-Nepean, to announce funding for the Ottawa Police Service to enhance their presence within the Parliamentary District. They will be joined by Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and Ottawa Chief of Police Eric Stubbs.
