The federal government is investing $44,904,314 through the Canada Housing Infrastructure Fund (CHIF) to support 18 water, wastewater and solid waste infrastructure projects across the Northwest Territories. These investments will help communities address critical infrastructure needs, support housing development, preserve existing homes, and create the conditions needed to build more homes, faster.
