The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for CED, will announce the conclusion of an agreement between the governments of Canada and Quebec in the presence of Eric Girard, Minister of Finance and Minister Responsible for Infrastructure; Jean Boulet, Minister of Labour and Minister Responsible for Canadian Relations; Caroline Desrochers, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure; and Marie-Gabrielle Ménard, Member of Parliament for Hochelaga–Rosemont-Est.
