Today, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, announced a $688 million contract to MDA Space Ltd. to build, test, and launch a replenishment satellite for the RADARSAT Constellation Mission (RCM).
