The Honourable Rechie Valdez, Minister of Women and Gender Equality and Secretary of State (Small Business and Tourism), will announce new funding for nearly 400 organizations working to advance gender equality, representing the largest number of organizations to receive additional funding to date from Women and Gender Equality Canada.
