Annie Koutrakis, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Jobs and Families and Member of Parliament for Vimy, will be in Montréal to highlight the Black-led Philanthropic Endowment Fund, which supports a sustainable source of funding for Black-led, Black-focused and Black-serving organizations across Canada.
