Tribunal Finds Injury—Oil Country Tubular Goods from Mexico, the Philippines, Türkiye, South Korea and the United States

Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s inquiry (NQ 2025-007), the Tribunal today found that the dumping of oil country tubular goods, originating in or exported from Mexico, the Philippines, Türkiye, South Korea and the United States, has caused injury to the domestic industry. Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. The complainants in this case were Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. of Regina, Saskatchewan and Welded Tube of Canada Corp. of Concord, Ontario.
