Further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s expiry review (RR-2025-001), the Tribunal today continued, with amendment, its order made on September 2, 2020, in expiry review RR-2019-002, concerning the dumping of carbon steel screws originating in or exported from China and Chinese Taipei and the subsidizing of such products originating in or exported from China.
